"A bit heavy on the aioli and the egg was too runny making it a very sloppy sandwich. The bagel was good and not huge and bready, the sausage had an almost gyro flavor. The mixed greens were a nice touch, good contrastic crisp and freshness."

"Very tasty with a good shallot aioli. I wish the hash brown had been salted but otherwise very tasty breakfast sandwich. The sausage was nice and light"

"Lots of good parts didn't come together to make a better whole. Sausage was interesting but a bit much, more like a burger. Bun was good but too substantial. Kombucha jam was interesting and occassionally would get a bite where the jam, egg, and sausage would all blend well, but that didn't happen too often. Coffee was coffee. "

"The sandwich was very good. Solid balance of all the topings with a good bun and a very sturdy suffle egg. Coffee drink was weird but grew on me. The poptart was fantastic and I'd eat a whole one."

"It was very straight forward but each part of the sandwich was spot on. The egg was firm and nicely seasoned, the sausage was sausagy but not overpowering, cheese added some good salt and umami, and the biscuit was stellar. "

"Hashbrown was the best part of the sandwich. Egg was unique but in the background. Bacon jam stuff was solid, jalepeno was a welcome touch when it came through. Espresso was intense and dark fruity."

"Cortado was good, no comments. Hashbrown was light and crispy and not too greasy but could have used a bit of salt. Sandwich flavor was fantastic and the muffin was on point. However the sweet potato "mush" just kind of squeezed out of the sandwich. "

"Really enjoyed the firmer egg square on this one, had a good egg-feel. The hashbrown on the sandwich was almost latke style, very dark golden on the outside and creamy inside. Espresso was super dark stone fruit."
